Just Read, Read, Read

On page one hundred and ten, Nicholas Carr talks about how books survived the twentieth century. How even after Edison's invention of the phonograph. Even the newspaper, music, movies, and the radio. The book, I believe, will always be around, or at the least, mentioned. Books have the power to describe anything like no other invention. Just the amount of detail one sentence may describe for a single object is incredible. Movies may help give an exact image, but books go into detail. It provides more knowledge if you take the time to go through it. If not, then what is the point? Books may require just a bit more focus, but   in the end it will be worth it once you have reached the end. I admit, it can be very difficult at times to keep up with a very intricate book, however that too is a learning process. Books are one of the many tools that help expand your mind.
