When I will be on campus August 20-August 24
Monday, I'm flying through. I'll be on campus for less than 20 minutes, and gone by 9:00 a.m. All I want to do is say hi to Mr. Kailiponi and check the master schedule, put my homework turn-in box in the front office, and pick up my vacuum cleaner (which I left in my classroom).
Tuesday and Wednesday: On one of these days, and possibly both, I'll be in my classroom for about 90 minutes in the morning -- 9:30 until 11:00. A colleague and I want to meet, but we haven't really established the date/time yet...if I am in a meeting, I'll put a note on my door. You are still welcome to come in, and hand me your notebook, but I won't be able to stop and chat with you.
Thursday: I believe this is Ronald Kem's birthday. (My birthday is Wednesday, August 22.) I have a meeting at the district office at 9:00, and after that, I'll be in my classroom working until 4:00. This is the day you can turn in your notebook early, but please remember --- it's not early if you turn it in after I leave -- so it has to be there by 4:00. After I leave, the work is not early, but it is "on-time," and work will continue to be "on-time" all day Friday, and up until NOON on Monday.
By 2:00 p.m. Monday, August 27, we need to build the AP class with people who completed the homework requirements, and prepare to print rosters for Preview Day.
I'll be on campus August 27-29, but there will be all kinds of meetings and things on those days, so it's often hard to catch me. However, in a pinch, I can usually set aside some time — so ask if you need to speak to me.
